Resonance Interactive today announced that BloomKeeper, its real-time tactical adventure will launch on Steam on September 16, 2026.
In BloomKeeper, players take on the role of the Guardian, leading a colony of curious, vulnerable creatures known as the Pouics across the devastated island of Hedera. As life returns beneath their steps, players must protect their colony from treacherous terrain, spreading corruption, and the constant threat of the ashes reclaiming what has been restored.
Blending exploration, guiding and managing the Pouics, and real-time tactical play, BloomKeeper challenges players to move forward carefully through a land that does not wait to be healed. Every route and every restored area reshapes the journey ahead. The game can be experienced solo or in co-op with up to 4 players.
A brand-new trailer debuts today, offering a fresh look at the game’s blend of environmental restoration, real-time colony guidance, and moment-to-moment tactical decision-making. Players eager to discover BloomKeeper ahead of release can already get a first hands-on look with the game’s demo, available now on Steam.
About BloomKeeper
Bring Life Back to a World in Ashes
The island of Hedera has burned away, and the Pouics have awakened to make it bloom again. But they cannot do it alone.
As the Guardian, players guide these small, naïve creatures through a world scarred by fire. Every step forward revives the landscape, turning dead ground into living refuge. But beyond each restored area, the danger remains: scorched zones continue to spread, threatening to erase every sign of recovery.
BloomKeeper is about restoring life to the world and helping it flourish over time, turning each renewed area into a lasting haven as Hedera gradually comes back to life.

Guide and Protect Your Colony
The Pouics are essential to progress, but they are also fragile, easily scattered, and constantly at risk.
Players must gather them, keep them together, and guide them safely through each level’s hazards and key objectives. A single Pouic can help unlock the way forward, while a larger colony can accelerate progress or descend into chaos in a moment of inattention.
Cliffs, lakes, natural obstacles, corrupting forces, and environmental dangers all shape the path ahead. Success depends on reading the terrain, reacting quickly, and keeping the colony safe all the way to the source of the blight.
Prioritize Progress in a World That Keeps Burning
In BloomKeeper, the world is never static. Scorched zones spread continuously across each level, and the pressure intensifies as players move closer to the heart of the corruption.
Every region forces a decision: push ahead with a large colony and risk losing control, or secure the land step by step to prevent the ashes from reclaiming what has already been restored.
This constant tension between momentum and protection lies at the heart of BloomKeeper’s strategy. The environment itself can become an ally, offering ways to slow the spread and create lasting sanctuaries in the land left behind.

Every Loss Deepens the Threat
Losing Pouics is more than a setback. If they become corrupted, they give rise to Malpouics, dangerous beings that spread scorched zones and intensify the threat across the map.
The more the world decays, the harder the journey becomes. Protecting the colony, preserving sources of life, and containing corruption are all part of the same struggle.
In BloomKeeper, every mistake leaves a mark on the world. But careful guidance, smart positioning, and steady reclamation can turn the tide.
Solo or Co-op for Up to 4 Players
BloomKeeper can be experienced solo or in co-op with up to four players.
In solo play, the game offers a more intimate and contemplative journey, where every movement matters and the bond with the Pouics grows over time. In co-op, coordination, awareness, and shared decision-making bring a different rhythm to the adventure as players guide the colony together through the unexpected.
Whether played alone or with friends, BloomKeeper offers multiple ways to experience the same mission: bring life back to a world on the brink of collapse.
Every Run Reshapes Your Priorities
Because the spread of scorched zones evolves according to player progress, no two runs unfold in exactly the same way.
BloomKeeper combines exploration, colony guidance, real-time tactical choices, and the quiet reward of watching nature return. Route selection, protection strategies, and regrowth decisions all influence how the land changes over time, creating an opportunity for replayability and a different flow from one run to the next.
As players advance, the regions of Hedera change their face, and so does the path through them.
