Independent developer Anzor Lejava, working under the studio name MelonPolygon, is pleased to announce that Insomnia: Chapter One will officially launch on Steam on June 8, 2026.

Published by MonkeyFactory Media Sàrl, a Swiss indie publishing label, Insomnia: Chapter One is a first-person psychological horror experience focused on atmosphere, isolation, environmental storytelling, and narrative tension.
Set in the frozen silence of the Arctic, the game follows Ethan Miller, a young technician sent into the depths of Perseus Station, a remote research facility where something has gone terribly wrong. What begins as a routine assignment quickly turns into a descent into paranoia, guilt, and the unknown.
About Insomnia: Chapter One

Set within the frozen isolation of the Arctic, Insomnia invites players into a deeply atmospheric, story-driven horror experience. Inspired by Still Wakes the Deep, The Thing, and Amnesia, the game blends environmental storytelling, psychological tension, and survival-focused exploration.
There is no combat only the creeping dread of the unknown. Players unravel the mystery of Perseus Station, an arctic research facility slowly descending into madness, where whispers echo through the pipes and reality begins to fracture.
A Story of Fear, Isolation, and Guilt
Ethan Miller, a young technician, begins his descent into the collapsing corridors of Perseus. What starts as a routine maintenance assignment becomes a nightmare of paranoia, betrayal, and grief. Ethan must uncover what really happened beneath the ice — and what still lurks in the dark.
