A cursed speakeasy. A cheeky puppet that wants to play. Precision billiards where every shot could save – or doom- your run.
Indie developer Space Dragon Games has released the first playable demo for Spooker alongside a brand new cinematic trailer, giving players their first taste of the games smoky speakeasy and score-chasing synergy-building snooker roguelite gameplay.
Spooker has players trying to escape from a haunted speakeasy by playing against the cheeky childhood nightmare puppet, Ralphie. To survive, players must clear increasingly strange tables, master trick shots, build synergistic combos, and uncover the dark truth lurking beneath the venue’s warped glamour.

Far beyond a traditional pool simulator, Spooker transforms billiards into a score-chasing roguelite obsession in the vein of Balatro or Cloverpit. Players build devastating synergies, trigger explosive chain reactions, and push massive combo multipliers as each run spirals into increasingly chaotic supernatural madness. Every shot can snowball a winning streak — or destroy it in an instant.
“Spooker started as an attempt to combine pool, a game we love, with the score chasing, combo building systems from recent roguelites” said Trev, project lead at Space Dragon Games. “We also wanted to tell a serious story about alcoholism and trying to escape from destructive cycles, that hits close to home for our team.”
