Imbibe to Survive in Tipsy Russian Roulette Survival, Drunken Goddess Reflux, on PC Later This Year

Drunken Goddess Refluxthe tipsy roguelike survival game from publisher Alliance Arts and developer WHO YOU, does its best to hold its liquor on PC via Steam in 2026, as revealed during INDIE Live Expo.

Drink as if life depends on it… because it does! Go shot-for-shot against an alcoholic demon who really enjoys your company, and fight the urge to vomit in a life-or-death Russian Roulette night of madness.

The drinks may be neat, but your sanity is on the rocks as three glasses full of who knows what determine how the rest of the night goes. Best case scenario? Dangerously high blood alcohol levels. Worst case? Spilled blood, as the demon seeks eternal company…okay, look, she wants to kill you because she loves you. She wants to spend an eternity together!

Each shot glass contains an unknown amount of alcohol, and outdrinking an eternal being is not for lightweights. Every round of booze has different strengths and effects — strategically pick your poison, earn Trick Cards after every drink, and explore the surrounding bar to locate lingering spirits granting special skills.

As the night goes on, the pours get stronger. Do whatever it takes to stave off lowered inhibitions, even if it means driving icepicks into your hands (the pain helps with staying alert!) As the demon loses her wits, she has increasing trouble enforcing the rules of the game — pull clever tricks while she’s none the wiser, and drink her under the table to escape unscathed.

Drunken Goddess Reflux arrives on PC via Steam in 2026 with language options in English, Japanese and Chinese (Simplified). For more information, visit Alliance Arts’ official website and follow them on X / Twitter.
