Indie studio Mudita Games is proud to announce that BARDA will officially launch in Version 1.0 on Tuesday, June 2nd, 2026, after a successful Early Access period on Steam.
Combining tactical inventory management, roguelike decision-making, and charming 2.5D visuals, BARDA invites players into a dangerous world where every item placement matters. Organize your backpack, survive unpredictable expeditions, discover powerful loot synergies, and help your hero spread the ashes of his grandfather.
Inspired by games such as Backpack Hero, Slay the Spire, Balatro, and Don’t Starve, BARDA delivers strategic gameplay designed for short but highly replayable sessions.
Built with both strategy veterans and cozy game fans in mind, BARDA aims to create tense decision-making without overwhelming complexity. A game easy to pick up, but difficult to master.

Availability
BARDA launches on Steam for PC on June 2nd, 2026. Switch port is planned during the summer.
