Brain-Teasing Action Roguelite, Demon Lord: Just A Block, Moves the World on PC Today

Demon Lord: Just A Block, the action roguelite where the world only moves when the player does, from developer YuWave and publisher Skystone Games, unleashes blocky fury on PC via Steam today.

This vibrant pixel world bends to the beheaded Demon Lord’s will and pace. Choose to think ahead and strategize each move, or swiftly slay enemies! Lend a hand head to old-time allies and take down the usurping Dragon Queen Heyla. Complete seven chapters to reach three distinct endings.

Progress through nine gradually increasing difficulty ascensions, customizing builds with hundreds of abilities and 14 different weapons with dynamic powerups catering to a diverse array of playstyles. Command a Bat squad to hunt down the squishy slime, or use the Eyeball Blaster to shoot a powerful laser beam at groups of creepy spiders. Covet bountiful chests and take home numerous collectibles, including shiny stickers, distinct skins, and more.

Challenge dozens of formidable bosses, many taking inspiration from classic puzzle games. Find the optimal strategies to break through their mind-teasing mechanics. Calculate, mark, and clear an entire chamber full of mines in one battle, and dodge attacks while directing and dropping blocks that will deal massive damage once dissolved in another.

“Demon Lord: Just A Block is easy to pick up and rewarding for those who love experimenting with creative playstyles and synergies across different builds,” said solo developer YuWave. “I took inspiration from lots of classic roguelikes as well as puzzle games, and welcome players to approach those unique but nostalgic boss challenges today!”

Demon Lord: Just A Block is available now on PC via Steam for $12.99 USD with a 10% launch discount and language support for English, Simplified & Traditional Chinese, French, German, Spanish – Spain, Russian, Japanese, Portuguese – Brazil, and Korean.
