Narrative-heavy horror title debuts launch trailer; 10% discount available at launch
Solo developer FYRE Games is thrilled to announce that the narratively-driven, psychological horror Project Songbird is now available for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S and PC via Steam. It’s available to purchase at $14.99 on all platforms, with an additional 10% launch week discount available to both PlayStation 5 and PC players.
To mark the launch, a brand new trailer was debuted which showcases the game’s cinematic eye and intense narrative alongside a selection of critical accolades.
Project Songbird is a gripping, surreal and psychological tale which explores the dark side of the creative process. Players will take on the role of Dakota, a struggling career musician who heads to a remote log cabin deep within the Appalachian forest to record a new album. As they scour the pines for a spark of creativity, they soon discover something more lurks in the darkness – and that not all inspirations are positive.
With a strong-focus on story, cinematic presentation and player immersion, Project Songbird juxtaposes beautifully realized environments with surreal and nightmarish locations. Stellar performances from a highly-talented voice cast will coax players into this darkly personal tale; while heart-pounding combat encounters will keep them on their toes.
