In The Artisan of Glimmith, players are tasked by the enigmatic Elias Vidimus to breathe life back into the legendary glassworks of Glimmith. The experience centers on a unique “union of strict form and liberated color,” challenging players to master intricate logic grid based puzzles while expressing their own creative colorful vision.
While Islands of Insight was an open world experience, Glimmith stands on its own as a solo adventure solving handcrafted logic puzzles created by a team of award winning puzzlesetters.
“This is an all new single-player game by the same team who did the logic grids for Islands of Insight with an environment by the artists who did IOI’s enclaves.” said Game Director Elyot Grant. “This time, we focused on region division puzzles where you split and join cells of a grid together to form shapes. They feel very different from the shading puzzles in IOI, but they have the same kind of logic flow.”
