Big Fan, a Devolver Digital publishing label, and developer Shiny Shoe today revealed the next stop for Monster Train 2: a second free post-launch update packed with trials and strategy altering ways to battle the impressively mighty forces of the world-destroying Titans. The critically acclaimed deckbuilder will gain its Echoes From the Void content update on Nov. 5 for PC, PlayStation 5, Nintendo Switch and Xbox Series X|S
Echoes From the Void will dare strategists to devise fresh tactics for two all-new boss encounters, a slate of new Dimensional challenges, as well as more than 50 new mutators that alter Monster Train 2’s gameplay in inventive and exciting ways.
With new clanless artifacts and climatic fights also in store, as well as new Celestial Alcove events offering new powerful rewards, Echoes From the Void is the perfect excuse to return to one of the year’s all-around best games – or to start your Monster Train 2 journey for the first time.
Monster Train 2 cleverly builds on the original’s innovative, vertical three-floor battle system for a new epic challenge. Wage war against devious enemy Factions by guiding five playable Clans, each with their own strategic advantages empowering alternative battle styles.
