Grind Survivors Playtest Available Now

Pushka Studios and Assemble Entertainment are excited to announce a raft of exciting new features following the latest Grind Survivors playtest on PC. The update lands with a hefty pile of new toys, tweaks, and outright overhauls, giving players their best look yet at the game’s evolving chaos.

The update adds three new weapon archetypes, sharpens the skill tree with fresh runes and synergies, and completely overhauls weapon origins for bigger visual and mechanical impact. You’ll get two difficulty options for the first biome, a new infinity mode with its own leaderboard, and slick UI upgrades. With broad balance tweaks, performance boosts, and a wave of new languages, this playtest is the sharpest, most player-friendly version of Grind Survivors yet.

Grind Survivors is a fast and furious action roguelike where you play a hulking armored demon slayer battering endless waves of hellspawn on a ruined Earth. Every run is a bullet hell fireworks display as you cobble together powerful builds and rummage for rare weaponry and discover mysterious origins.

With multiple biomes, ever grumpier enemies, and an endless mode that simply refuses to stop, Grind Survivors delivers relentless carnage and the comforting knowledge that every demon is basically a walking lootbox.

  • Endless Enemy Waves: Face relentless swarms of demons in escalating battles.
  • Dynamic Builds: Stack upgrades and unlock synergies to tailor each run.
  • Procedural Weapon Generation: Loot guns with randomized stats, affixes, and origins.
  • Risky Crafting: Merge or reroll weapons for power at the risk of breaking them.
  • Multiple Biomes: Fight across scorched cities, burning forests, and hellish landscapes.
  • Brutal Visuals: Dark, demonic art style with intense VFX, gore, and destruction.
  • Endless Mode: Push your skills and gear to the limit in infinite scaling runs.

Grind Survivors blends the thrill of survivor gameplay with deep looter shooter progression in a scorched, demon infested world. There’s huge demand for additional playtests before the game’s full release in 2026.
