The wait is over! Dark Quest 4, the next installment in the beloved Dark Quest series, is available now for PC, PlayStation 4 & 5, Xbox, and Switch.
Developed by UK-based indie studio Brain Seal Ltd., the game marks the return of the acclaimed turn-based dungeon crawler that blends strategic combat, tabletop storytelling, and classic fantasy adventure inspired by Hero Quest, Descent, and Dungeon Saga.
Following its successful demo during Steam Next Fest, Dark Quest 4 delivers the most ambitious adventure in the series, a bold mix of tactics, imagination, and cooperative play where every quest unfolds like a living board game.
Players can now assemble their party of heroes, master turn-based tactical combat, and confront Gulak, the dark sorcerer’s puppet, who commands monstrous legions in his campaign of darkness.
Dark Quest 4 features over 30 handcrafted quests, 40 unique monsters, and 10 playable heroes, all brought to life with hand painted visuals and a fully voiced Dungeon Master who narrates every encounter with wit and menace.
Beyond its story campaign, the game introduces a powerful Creator Mode, enabling players to design and share their own dungeons, quests, and full campaigns through Steam Workshop.
