Conquer Japan and build an empire in the new DLC for the indie Grand Strategy, Bellfortis!
Bellfortis is a strategy game that takes place during the Middle Ages. The Battle for Japan is an expansion that takes us to Japanese islands in the mid-16th century, when several clans fought for supremacy while the Joseon Empire and the Ming Dynasty watched from the nearby mainland.
Expand your kingdom, use politics and power. Play as a grand strategy on a large map, or engage in local conflicts, using politics and subterfuge, build, recruit armies, fight, and face random events. Alternate turn-based strategic planning is also on the map with real-time battles between armies.
About the Expansion
Choose one of 10 factions, stabilize your country, subjugate the surrounding clans and build a strong and successful empire in this history inspired strategy game. How you achieve your goal is up to you – destroy your enemies by force or by clever politics, and help those in need to win friends who will support you.
Unlike other grand strategies, Bellfortis is faster and more intense, but retains strategic depth. This mid-core gameplay will be welcomed by those strategy lovers who, like the developer, don’t always have that much time for their beloved AAA titles.
The DLC will be released on Steam on November 21st for $5.00.
