Pompeii: The Legacy Sets Full Release Window for March 2026

Siscia Games is excited to share new details about the development roadmap for Pompeii: The Legacy. After a great reception during Early Access and many positive reviews, the developer is now approaching the end of their first major milestone and preparing the game for its next big leap forward.

Siscia Games is pleased to announce that Pompeii: The Legacy is scheduled to leave Early Access and launch as a fully completed title at the end of March 2026. This release window reflects their commitment to delivering a deeply polished, content rich, and historically grounded citybuilding experience shaped by community feedback throughout development.

Before reaching that milestone, players and creators can look forward to a substantial update arriving shortly before the Steam Winter Sale. This major patch marks the completion of Milestone One and will introduce significant improvements, new gameplay features, expanded story content, visual upgrades, and broad optimizations. It represents the largest update to the game since its initial release and sets the foundation for all future development phases.

“Working on Pompeii: The Legacy as a solo developer has been the most ambitious and rewarding journey of my career. The support from the community has pushed the project far beyond what I first imagined. Since the start of Early Access the game has made great progress, but the best is yet to come with the upcoming updates.”
— Zeljko Kos, Siscia Games
