Indie studio Deseret Games is proud to announce that the Kickstarter for their debut title, Aegis Force: The Scorian War, launches on February 1, 2026. The crowdfunding campaign invites players to join the development journey, helping bring the team’s vision for a story-driven, turn-based tactical RPG to life through direct community support and feedback. With the backing of its community, the studio aims to craft rich characters, strategic combat, and a fully original fantasy world inspired by classics such as Shining Force II, Fire Emblem, and Final Fantasy Tactics. The Kickstarter will give players the opportunity to directly support the development of Aegis Force: The Scorian War while gaining access to a range of exclusive backer rewards. Supporters can unlock perks such as early beta access, exclusive Discord channels, a digital art book, and even the chance to design an enemy type that will appear in the final game. Backers can also be credited in-game, allowing fans to leave their mark on the world of Aegis Force as the project moves toward full release.
With a $10,000 funding goal, the campaign is designed to grow alongside community support. Key stretch goals include a secret recruitable party member, a deeper party affinity system, a Boss Rush mode, professional voice acting, and even a simultaneous PC and console launch.
