To celebrate launch day, players can dive into the brand-new Launch Trailer, offering a tongue-in-cheek look at the world’s worst shift, complete with relentless zombie hordes, unhinged customers, and more workplace hazards than any HR department could handle. A free Steam demo is also available for those who’d like to test their customer-service (and survival) skills before buying.

Retail Work has Never Been this Deadly
Service With a Shotgun is a mash-up of visual-novel storytelling and wave-shooter chaos, not to mention a sharp jab at capitalism, that drops players into the tattered shoes of the last cashier alive. Shoot straight, talk fast, and serve what’s left of humanity while the undead scratch at the door. Surely nothing can go wrong… right?
Survival Customer Service
Between long shifts, bizarre requests, and the occasional zombie snack attack, you’re keeping the business alive…barely. SWAS blends fast-paced shooting with story-driven choices, making every shift a rollercoaster of bullets, banter, and barely contained panic.

Meet the Apocalypse’s Worst Customers
From eccentric regulars to doomsday deal-hunters, every face that walks through the door brings new problems, new chaos, and new reasons to question your life choices.
