Grab your friends, load your guns, and prepare to weaponize everything.
The apocalypse just got weird. Solo developer Rashad Ibrahimli, in partnership with indie publishing platform indie.io, is thrilled to announce that The Zombie Slayers will bring its off-the-wall undead-blasting action to Steam on October 31, 2025.
In this fast-paced top-down co-op shooter, players join forces with up to five friends—or brave it solo—to take on relentless waves of zombies across an apocalyptic world gone delightfully wrong. Between lobbing grenades, deploying turrets, and feeding baby defenders their tactical milk reloads, players will face an endless buffet of absurdity and gore with a wink and a grin.

The Zombie Slayers is packed with fun modes waiting for players to dive in. Teams can band together to battle zombies or see who survives longest in a showdown of pure chaos. They can stand their ground against relentless zombie waves, climb the leaderboards, and above all else: survive and have a blast.
In Survival Stories, players tackle missions packed with objectives, loot, and far too many zombies. It’s all fun and games until that one friend insists on using the RPG for “close-quarters combat.” For those who prefer pure, unfiltered carnage, Brutal Zombie Waves offers exactly that, wave after wave of the undead, growing faster, tougher, and dumber in equal measure. The longer players last, the higher their names climb on the Steam leaderboard—though their dignity may not survive.

Of course, it wouldn’t be The Zombie Slayers without its signature chaos. Players can “make” babies (yes, really) to help fight zombies, dance mid-battle just because, or build wild defenses using everything from barbed wire to storks airdropping infant reinforcements. As they level up and unlock ridiculous outfits, they’ll charge into the apocalypse in style, because if the world’s ending, they might as well look fabulous doing it.

Players can wishlist The Zombie Slayers now on Steam ahead of its October 31 launch, and prepare for a Halloween full of zombies, laughter, and pure co-op carnage.
